- Our AP outsourcing service manages invoice processing from receipt, invoice verification using 3-way match system-purchase order – invoice – goods receipt / service entry matched before invoice is captured.
- The verified invoice is scanned to an electronic invoice file then processed and uploaded into the ERP system.
Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Reconciling vendor statements – we reconcile paper, PDF, and Excel statements against vendor account data from the client’s ERP System.
